Class Descriptions

Beginner's Class: Specifically designed for brand new students to build and master the basics of the major smooth and rhythm dances.

Advanced: This class is perfect for the Senior Bronze, Silver and Gold dancer that is developing high levels of movement and partnership.

Technique: This class focuses on how to take an element that exists in multiple dances, and make it unique to each dance. This class is appropriate for beginner students who are just familiarizing themselves with the dances all the way up to advanced students looking to expand their range their repertoire.

Zumba: An exhilarating, Latin, Inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness workout. Feel the music and let loose.
